Our operating base is 73A New Road, Rubery, B45 9JT. Visits to us are by appointment. We also welcome enquiries from nearby Rednal, Longbridge and West Heath; we confirm the property address and suitable appointment before booking.
In-person visits carry one return-journey charge, based on one-way driving distance from B45 9JT: up to 10 miles £18, over 10–20 miles £30, over 20–30 miles £48; beyond 30 miles by quote. These figures include VAT. Online appointments have no travel charge. The final scope, availability and total are confirmed before payment.
