A family name, a lasting influence, and a new chapter inside the home.
The person behind the name
F.B stands for Frank Bessant, Darryl and Lee’s dad. After his unexpected death in 2020, the family chose to honour him through a new beginning. Frank put his family first. His resilience and resourcefulness remain part of what the name means to them.
From family roots to F.B & Sons Landscapes
Lee brought his landscaping experience and joined forces with his brother Darryl to establish F.B & Sons. The business grew to include Lisa and Marc, each bringing their own contribution to the family enterprise. Attention to detail, straightforward pricing and communication became part of the way the business wanted to work.
The next chapter: Interiors
FB & Sons Interiors brings that family connection into the rooms we live in. With Stephen Bourke as Interior Design Director, alongside Marc and Darryl, our focus is on homes that feel comfortable, individual and welcoming. A home should feel like a haven, with room for the people and possessions that make it yours.
Connected businesses, clear responsibilities
Interiors and F.B & Sons, Lawns and Landscapes Limited are separate legal businesses with common ownership. For an agreed combined project, Interiors leads the customer contract and commissions the outdoor work. That connection lets us consider a home and garden together, while keeping the scope and responsibilities clear.
