Commercial Discovery — from £120
A 45-minute discussion online or in person to explore the space, users, priorities and likely scope. In-person travel is additional. We confirm the appointment and requirements before booking.
Office & Workspace Concept — from £1,020
Starting scope is one room or a small workspace. The quotation defines the area, mood boards, layout, furniture sourcing and any indicative lighting work. Larger or more complex spaces receive an individual proposal. A concept does not include technical design, surveys, regulatory approval or specialist sign-off unless separately agreed.
Commercial Interior & Outdoor Design Suite — from £3,000
An agreed package of interior and outdoor design with defined coordination. The quotation specifies deliverables, time allowances and responsibilities. Physical decorating, landscaping, construction, procurement and installation are separately priced. We avoid calling this a fixed-price turnkey build because every site needs its own scope.
Time, changes and delivery
Stephen agrees the start date, delivery programme and revision allowance around the size and complexity of the project. Additional Interiors design scope is £78 per hour including VAT, agreed and paid before that work begins. Design fees are payable upfront.
Visit arrangements
A single visit charge covers the return journey, calculated from the one-way driving distance from B45 9JT: up to 10 miles £18; over 10–20 miles £30; over 20–30 miles £48; beyond 30 miles by quote. Online appointments have no travel charge. A visit already included in a room package does not attract a separate consultation fee.
All prices are starting prices including VAT at 20%. Stephen confirms the scope, availability and total quotation before payment. Furniture, materials, physical works and travel are additional unless expressly included.
