Combined Indoor & Outdoor Design — from £540
The starting package covers one Essential-level interior room plus a garden concept or layout plan. It explores arrangement and design direction; garden size, complexity and the time required affect the final quotation. Detailed planting plans, technical specifications, construction drawings, specialist surveys, 3D views and physical work are separately scoped.
One customer contract, clear responsibilities
For an agreed combined project, Interiors leads your customer contract and commissions outdoor work from F.B & Sons, Lawns and Landscapes Limited. The companies remain separate legal businesses. Your proposal identifies what Interiors is providing, which outdoor work is commissioned and how the project will be coordinated.

From concept to an agreed programme
Design is paid for before it begins. Materials and physical works are separately quoted and scheduled. We explain the purchasing and staged-payment requirements in your proposal; an outdoor concept is not a construction-ready design or a promise that building work is included.
All prices are starting prices including VAT at 20%. Stephen confirms the scope, availability and total quotation before payment. Furniture, materials, physical works and travel are additional unless expressly included.
