A home should feel like a haven
Comfort, safety, individuality and belonging guide our approach. We want to understand what makes you feel at home, including the furniture, memories and everyday routines that matter. A considered room can include familiar pieces as well as new ones.
Respect and fairness
We aim to make the design conversation welcoming and clear. We listen to different needs, treat clients, colleagues and suppliers with respect, and discuss practical requirements without making assumptions about how a household should live.
Honest scope and communication
We explain what is included, what is optional and what needs specialist input. Starting fees are guides; the written quotation establishes the actual scope. Changes are discussed before extra work is carried out. Good communication matters as much as the finished presentation.
Thoughtful material choices
Our brand draws on natural light, organic textures and the connection between indoors and outdoors. We aim to consider durability, suitability and what can be retained before recommending replacement. Environmental claims should be supported by product information: a natural-looking finish alone does not establish that a product is sustainable.
Responsible sourcing
We encourage purchasing through Interiors and our approved suppliers to keep selection and delivery coordinated. We expect fair treatment of workers and seek proportionate information about sourcing where a purchase raises concerns. Our modern slavery and ethical sourcing policy sets out these expectations; it is not a claim that every supply chain has been audited.
A name with meaning
The wider F.B & Sons story began with a family’s wish to honour Frank Bessant. Interiors carries that connection forward through the care we aim to bring to each brief. Read our story and meet the team.
